Robotics Programming Camp – FTC (Grades 5-8)

Monday, August 1, 2022 to Friday, August 5, 2022
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Wahlert Catholic High School
Wahlert Catholic High School Robotics teams host this FIRST TECH® Challenge Robotics Camp. Campers will learn to program, build and drive a robot through an obstacle course. This camp would be ideal for those with experience in First LEGO® League or an interest in robots. FIRST TECH® Challenge is the next or high school level of LEGO® League. Campers are divided into teams led by a high school robotics team mentor. Teams will use a robot kit to complete an autonomous (programmed Java-based) period, a free-drive period obstacle course, and finish with the final challenge task. A match lasts 3 minutes. The final session day will be the robotic competition with friends and families invited to watch.
